Bailey Baker is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for holistic, integrative, and patient-centered care. With advanced expertise in psychiatry, hormone health, weight management, and aesthetic medicine, Bailey is committed to helping her patients feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Bailey takes a root-cause approach to wellness, striving to uncover and address the underlying contributors to her patients’ symptoms rather than simply treating surface issues. Her practice blends traditional medical knowledge with functional and integrative strategies, offering a comprehensive approach to healing and health optimization.

Jade Bray
Jade Bray is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in evaluating mental health symptoms and supporting individuals through evidence-based care, including medication management when appropriate.
She is passionate about providing holistic, integrative, and compassionate mental health care that meets people where they are. Jade’s goal is to help her community navigate the barriers that often stand in the way of healing and to create a safe, supportive space for growth and overall wellness.

Foy Barton
DNP, PMHNP-BC
Foy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Nashville, TN, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and previously served as a registered nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for four years before advancing her practice.
Foy’s clinical approach blends evidence-based medication management with integrative, holistic methods to support the whole person. She is passionate about building long-term therapeutic relationships and strives to be a provider patients can trust throughout every stage of their mental health journey.
Committed to improving accessibility, Foy offers both in-person and telehealth visits, ensuring that care is flexible and tailored to each individual’s needs. Her professional interests include mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy and postpartum support, ADHD, and helping patients build resilience during life transitions.
Outside of her clinical work, Foy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and expressing her creativity through hand embroidery.
